Tonight I made a Persian family feast:
slow-roasted lamb legs, tender and juicy, served with Zereshk Polo—fluffy saffron rice studded with tart barberries that pop with every bite,

and, Kofteh-ye Majlesi-ye Za‘farani-Soft, juicy meatballs gently simmered in a fragrant tomato-saffron sauce—rich, comforting, and made to bring everyone to the table.

Total comfort, total love.
