We provide fresh Skordalia which is a Traditional Greek Dish made with either Boiled Potatoes, Walnuts, Pine Nuts or Almonds. We create our Skordalia with Almonds (blanched and skinned) with 100% Pure Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, & Salt. Beet, Sriracha, and the newest Basil Skordalia which is now the fan favorite.

We stopped by River Valley Ranch at the farmers market to chat about their chemical-free organic mushrooms. Lion’s Mane is a standout favorite for cooking and wellness, but you’ll also find oysters, shiitakes, king oysters, and baby bellas, all grown locally.

If you’ve been curious about cooking with specialty mushrooms, this is a good place to start.
