New kids have arrived! Our first time freshener Moo delivered the cutest little twins yesterday afternoon. We were so pleased to go out for afternoon chores to find she had delivered two perfect kids, had them cleaned up and was successfully nursing. We have one cream colored girl and a black and white boy. Both appear to have blue eyes, and the girl appears to be polled! This is the second generation born on our ranch, which means Petunia is now a grandma. I'd guess she knows they are her grandkids, because she was very interested in them through the fence this morning. Petunia is always a great momma so it's no surprise Moo is also a wonderfully patient momma. Moo's sister Mini is ready to kid any day now. We can't wait to see what colors her kids turn out to be. These are the first kids out of our polled little billy goat Rusty, who is brown and white. Stay tuned...

Is there anything sweeter than this?? Our little TBone is getting stronger and already putting on weight. Gabby continues to be the best momma. 48 hours old!

We are so excited to share our first calf born on the ranch! Meet T Bone! He was born yesterday afternoon. Gabby is being such a gentle and patient momma! Little T Bone was a bit weak and he is still getting used to his legs, but he is nursing well. We are so excited to watch him grow. He is the sweetest little guy with a little crooked nose. Cute as a button!

It was bound to happen, especially to her! Little Mini got her head stuck in the fence tonight, so now she gets to wear the stick of shame! She's such a little gremlin!
