It was so exciting to see our Sudex popping through the ground tonight! We can’t wait to harvest this for our cattle in the coming months! 🐄

Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow which means we are hustling to get this hay bailed today! We love to ensure our animals are fed with high quality hay! The saying you are what you eat goes for animals too which in turn allows us to ensure our family and future customers are getting a high quality meat to fuel our bodies!

We worked hard today planting Sudex! Sudex is a heat tolerant grass that will grow great in the warm days ahead! We will cut, bale and wrap when it is ready which will allow us to have haylage. This haylage will be an excellent protein source for our cattle in the winter months!

Welcome to our farm page where you can check out the cool things we are doing! We are Ricky and Macy Williams. We are first generation farmers who love the beauty of agriculture. We both grew up around farming and were involved in agriculture programs throughout high school but our paths lead us to maintain other careers besides farming! Every chance we get we are doing something to help improve our land so that it can be a better place to raise our animals and hopefully later our children! ❤️

On our farm we have Pygmy goats, cattle, one donkey, one horse, one cat and two dogs. Each and every one of our animals are loved like they are our own children, some may say they are a little spoiled.

We are working towards getting our meat handlers license so that we would be able to offer our fresh beef for sale to the public at a later date!
