This weekend, we were busy making beef, pork, and chicken tamales.

The inventory I have as of now are:
Tamale inventory

1 Mix dozen half beef and half pork SOLD
1 dozen beef
1 dozen chicken SOLD
3 dozen pork

$45 doz

Red & green Salsa $7 for 12 oz

I can meet up here in Cascade today. If you are from Donnelly or McCall, I can try to get them to you tomorrow or Wednesday.

Our family is thrilled to embark on a mission to serve the orphans in Mexico at Rancho Genesis in July! We trust that God will provide for all our financial needs, and we're eager to make this trip a reality.

My goal is to sell all the tamales I currently have this weekend. Selling all the tamales will help us with our first payment for our trip.

If you're in Donnelly or McCall, I'll be at church in McCall on Sunday and can bring them to you.

Mision Mexicana aka Collins Familia Tamales is taking Tamale orders for Super Bowl Sunday! We are cooking this week and we would love to make sure your superbowl is loaded with Pork Chili Verde, Chicken Verde, and Red Beef Tamales! We also have salsas available!
We will also have a limited amount of Pozole Wings available! These super tender, flavorful wings are definitely a treat!
