We are thrilled to officially introduce the newest member of our leadership team at Hotel NoBo Cascade, Kylan McKee, as our Executive Chef!

An Idaho native with over 20 years of culinary expertise across the Pacific Northwest—including his most recent celebrated tenure at Capitol Cellars in Boise—Chef Kylan brings a deep passion for locally grown, seasonal ingredients to the mountains. His creative approach to Northwest cuisine is the perfect match for our unique Tapestry Collection by Hilton experience.

What’s New at Checkpoint Wine Bar & Restaurant?
Under Chef Kylan’s leadership, we are excited to announce that Checkpoint is now serving 7 days a week starting May 17th!. Whether you’re coming off the trails, spending a day on Lake Cascade, or just looking for a sophisticated night out, you can now enjoy our curated wine list and gourmet tapas every single evening.

When: Open Daily, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Where: Located right inside Hotel NoBo.
