This is a full-time/seasonal employment opportunity
Work 5-6 days per week, 10-12 hrs a day (weather permitting)
Saturdays may be required during peak busy season, and we do not work Sundays

Work in the outdoors while enhancing your skillset! Our work mainly consists of installing drainage tile in production agriculture fields in order to provide subsurface drainage. Occasionally, work on our cash crop farm will occur (hand picking rocks, power-washing of equipment, operating tractors and semi-trucks, and grounds keeping). The equipment we utilize is newer and well maintained. Most of our drainage work is in Huron, Tuscola, Sanilac, and northern Lapeer Counties. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. All of our drainage work is outside in the elements and can be physically taxing.
Responsibilities:
• Hand dig, locate, and make connections to drainage tile
• Occasionally operate backhoes, skid-steers, and excavators while digging around drainage tile
• Perform occasional physical labor on cash crop farming operation
• Perform light duty maintenance to machines (greasing, oil changes, checking fluids)
• Occasionally operate farm machinery and semi-trucks on cash crop farming operation
Required Skills:
• Previous experience operating farm machinery or semi-trucks
• Climb in and out of 3ft deep holes
• Must be able to communicate effectively with peers
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must be able to follow directions and work diligently while alone
