After four years with the same company, TODAY was my very last day.

I went part time for a few weeks so that they could find a suitable replacement for my position.

I’m scared. I haven’t been without a job in a very long time. It’s up to me now to kick some major 🍑. I’m my own boss. I will show up every single day to make sure that I’m putting 100% into my baking, just like I have since the beginning. Only now, it’s more terrifying. There isn’t anything that’s solid or guaranteed besides my determination and my recipes.

I’m taking quite a huge risk here but without doing so, I’ll never know exactly what I’m capable of.
