BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 📣!!
After a very hectic and busy year, it is time to announce the arrival of my ‘sOOp’ Food Cart concept made into reality.
Dad’s 1972 Chevy is finally repaired and raring to go. Finishing up the details of the permits and paperwork.
I have picked out some pretty decent places to set up, one location will be at the Yellowstone Parking Lot, located across from the Office.
In a location specifically set up for food trucks.

‘sOOp’ can be reserved to come to your place of business such as bank parking lots, real estate offices, and any type of facility that would love our Famous Cheesy Cauliflower served with our Cheesy Bread on top of our spectacular Gourmet Grilled Cheese Menu such as our Grilled Harvest Apple, Caramelized Onions, Housemade Apple Butter, Brie and Applewood Smokef Bacon and our hugely popular Ch-Ch-Ch-Cherry Bomb Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🥪.
We will also be serving our Famous Green Chili
(watch out API Chili Cook-Off, I’m coming for you!) plus my signature Tomato Bisque for all you purists out there.
