Had the pleasure of doing a wedding catering event at the Trout on Inn! Pulled pork, Huli Huli chicken, Mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, dill pickle pasta salad and peach pie beans. I couldn’t have done it without the help of my wife who does all the sides and staging and two great daughters in Ali & Caitlin.
