From pregnancy, birth and postpartum care to understanding your options for breast imaging, this month is about **education, asking questions, and feeling more confident making decisions about your health.**

We're welcoming Dr. Isaac Castellanos and local midwife Kim Pekin for an open and educational conversation about pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and maternal and infant wellness.
Together, they'll explore:
• The physiology of pregnancy and natural birth
• Understanding your options during pregnancy and delivery
• Breastfeeding and postpartum care
• Supporting mom and baby before and after birth
• Replacing fear with knowledge and confidence
