But, combining cold-pressed aronia juice, locally produced honey, and just a tiny bit of lemon juice (organic, of course) produces a syrup that will set your hot tea, cocktail, cheesecake, ice cream, or vinaigrette so far ahead of the rest, you won't be laughing (unless it's at your friends who buy "Mega-Producer 'A'" brand stuff).

We know it doesn't look like much right now, but the raspberry harvest has begun! Which is a good thing, because we're down to our last 6 jars of Smokin' Hot Redhead and we sold out of our Sassy Redhead a few months ago.

We'll be hand-picking these beauties for the next several weeks and hope to have them pressed and ready to make the best jellies and syrups you've ever had!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!!

Here at the farm, we take our morning to rest, reflect, and plan new ways to make the the upcoming year as fun and productive as we think we are able to.

So, what you see before you is our mimosa and snack tray. Cinnamon bread (with our Grandma's Rhubarb Crisp jelly), chocolates ('cuz, YES!!), prosecco, and juice (cranberry and orange), our Maui Owie syrup (for the perfect "Jason Mimosa"), a notebook for our ideas, and our "goal board" (to keep us focused). It's our traditional way of "ringing in the new year". The things that we've accomplished, and the things that just aren't as important as we thought, come off the board and we manage our expectations for the things we leave on it, as well as add a few new things. It's also a great reason to stay in bed until noon (am I right?).

We hope you all enjoy your own New Year's traditions today, and that this year brings you peace, prosperity, and joy!

(Our business manager has also told me that I need to tell you to buy our delicious, all natural, gluten/preservative/"sugar" free products (happy now, "manager"? You can be fired, you know... ), because we're not just cool people, we're also trying to make money, I guess)
