I've delayed posting simply because I just didn't want to be in the position to ever have to. Unfortunately as many know by now we lost one of our employees of 15 years. When people say a "work family" it is absolutely true!! We are family through and through. We are feeling the loss of Tiffany very deeply. Thank you for your patience as we try to navigate the future without her by our side. Just walking back to the kitchen is a chore we can barely stand to do- her sacred space. The favorite pan, the favorite tongs, the favorite coffee cup (which was lost most of the time)...Betsy you don't eat steak well done, Betsy it will be fine, Betsy you worry too much, Betsy I'm going to try a new soup recipe...Mark what would you like for breakfast- full breakfast or sandwich. Mark do you want your sandwich on toast or muffin. (She put smiley faces on all his sandwiches with ketchup and mustard even though he could never see it). She spoiled my entire family with her food as well as most of our customers and employees by accommodating all the special requests- and remembering them! At the end of every conversation her famous words "it will be fine". So Tiff, we are going to try to be fine but it's going to take a bit. You're forever in our hearts 💔 P.S. We will work on all the cool animal pancakes...
