Riptide Stables is expanding our event calendar and building a network of outstanding vendors and event professionals to partner with throughout the year.
Whether you specialize in weddings, family events, food service, entertainment, crafts, children's activities, photography, decor, or other event services, we would love to learn more about your business.
Family Farm Days
Our Family Farm Days welcome local families to enjoy the farm, meet the animals, play games, explore the grounds, enjoy complimentary cotton candy and popcorn, and create lasting memories together. We're currently seeking:
✅ Food Trucks
✅ Specialty Food Vendors
✅ Kids Activity Vendors
✅ Face Painters
✅ Balloon Artists
✅ Craft Vendors
✅ Family Entertainment Providers
✅ Unique Local Businesses
Priority consideration will be given to vendors who can attend multiple events, actively promote events through their customer base and social media channels, and are interested in building a long-term partnership with Riptide Stables.

💍 1st Annual Riptide Stables Wedding Showcase
Sunday, February 28, 2027
We are excited to bring together engaged couples and wedding professionals for a unique planning experience where couples can tour the venue, meet vendors, gather ideas, and begin assembling their wedding team.
We are seeking approximately 30 approved wedding and event professionals, including photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, bartenders, DJs, musicians, planners, bakers, beauty professionals, rental companies, transportation providers, formal wear suppliers, and other wedding-related businesses.
Vendor Participation Details
Unlike many wedding expos and bridal shows that charge significant booth fees, our goal is to create a collaborative event that benefits both couples and participating vendors.
✅ Vendor Registration Fee Only: $75
✅ Each participating vendor must provide a giveaway valued at $300 or more
✅ Vendors should be willing to help promote the event through social media, email marketing, and other marketing channels
✅ Vendors are encouraged to collaborate with fellow participating businesses to help create an outstanding experience for attending couples
Rather than focusing on expensive vendor fees, we believe a collaborative approach that includes valuable giveaways and shared marketing efforts helps attract more engaged couples and creates a better experience for everyone involved. This approach also allows us to keep the event affordable while maximizing exposure for participating businesses. Based on the original concept, the showcase emphasizes vendor collaboration, promotional participation, and valuable giveaways for couples.
Participating vendors will receive exposure through our marketing efforts and the opportunity to connect directly with couples actively planning their weddings.
