After months of gathering thoughtful feedback from our amazing clients… we’re excited to announce we’ve ignored almost all of it.

As we prepare for our upcoming meal prep relaunch, we felt it was important to stay true to our vision, rather than be influenced by what people actually want.

Introducing our updated approach to meal prep: Less Convenience. More Confusion.

What you asked for:
• Family-friendly meals
• Healthy, balanced options
• Flexible ordering and pickup

What we’re delivering:
• Meals your kids will absolutely refuse to eat
• Portion sizes that raise more questions than answers
• Pickup windows exclusively between 2:17–2:26pm on alternating Tuesdays
• At least one ingredient per dish you can’t pronounce

We believe this new direction allows us to better align with our core values of unpredictability, creative independence, and light inconvenience.

Thank you again for all of your feedback. It has been carefully reviewed, categorized, and respectfully disregarded.

We want your help!

A few years ago, we built something we loved: chef-driven meal prep for busy families and professionals.

Then catering exploded, and we put meal prep on pause. We've grown, we have a truly amazing team, and we're in a place where we can start doing meal prep again.

Our goal is to do what we've always done: approachable cuisine, made with local, high-quality ingredients, and a genuine desire to provide truly amazing food.

However - before we relaunch, we want to hear from you, whether or not you've used us before. We want your thoughts, opinions, feedback - we want to deliver a product and service tailored to you.

One of our favorite parts of building this year’s Christmas Meal Package has been partnering with 105 West Brewing Company a brewery that’s as rooted in Castle Rock as we are. Their team consistently turns out some of the most thoughtful, creative, small-batch beers in Colorado, and we love any excuse to bring their craft into our kitchen.

This year’s short ribs are braised in their Bear Chested Imperial Stout, and if you’ve ever cooked with a great stout, you know why. The beer is rich and complex, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and vanilla — all flavors that melt beautifully into slow-braised beef.

As it cooks down, the stout transforms the short ribs into something velvety, tender, and deeply layered… the kind of dish that feels like winter comfort in its highest form. It’s bold, warm, and unapologetically Colorado.
