Maple Hill Trees Maple Hill Trees is a family-owned premium choose and cut Christmas Tree Farm. Where you can walk our field of Fraser Fir trees and pick one out before its cut.

Since 1983, we’ve supported and hosted the Castleton Scouts annual wreath and Christmas Tree sale. While the Scouts are raising money for camping they also learn scout skills and a bit about business. The Scouts are here on Saturdays and Sundays from Thanksgiving till they sell out.

Today we finished our spring planting! 280 trees. 200 Fraser Fir, 40 White (Concolor) Fir, and 40 Canaan Fir. So we should have trees for your family at Christmas in 2041.

Springtime is here. We're planting trees for the 2035-2040 Christmas season.

400 Trees planted and about 100 to go. We're planting a mix of Frasier Fir, Concolor Fir, Canaan Fir, White Spruce, and Scots Pine.

Thank you for supporting Scout Troop 53 which has been part of Castleton/Schodack for over 100 years. We are closed for the 2024 season.

We wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a healthy 2025.

One last point. We grow Christmas Trees. Keep Christ in Christmas! Remember the significance of what we are celebrating. Spend some time in a local church of your choice. Get reacquainted with GOD and your faith. Pick up and read your Bible. In 2025 I hope you will take a step closer to the lord. For it is written those who seek will find.

If you haven’t got your tree or wreath yet. There is still a limited selection of Fraiser Firs 🌲 (5’-6’) in our field and the Scouts still have a selection of precut Balsam Firs and wreaths.
