Twelfth year! Isaac got a new hat for our annual July 4th photo. Not the tallest corn, but a Little above average, like the fella!
We are blessed.

Our new flock began lambing about a week ago. They are Katahdin & Dorper & crosses of the two, so hair sheep and mostly white. They came from a ranch in Pennington Co. that was losing the battle with coyotes. When they arrived the 1st of March, they lived on the big hill west of our house with access to this barn. After they were turned out to pasture paddocks in April, they continued to come back to the barn every night. Some ewes, like these, lamb there, but most lambs are born on pasture and almost immediately begin following their mother.
