Open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm closed Saturdays and Sunday We offer a full line of retail meats and sausages.

We do custom kill of beef, hogs, lambs, etc. We will make sausage out of wild game after the first of the year. We can provide you with a half, quarter, or full beef. Also a half or whole hog cut and wrapped to your specifications.

We will be delivering our sausage gift boxes to St Maries Wednesday Dec.15 at 1pm in the IGA parking lot and to Coeur d'Alene Wednesday Dec. 15 at 5pm in the old Shopko parking lot.
