WE'RE HIRING! The Bootstrap Farm Club, a local & organic food store and private food club, located in Cataumet is looking for part-time help (15-25 hrs/week) through the end of our season in Mid-January. The position includes retail sales, working our mobile farm stand, and helping with receiving. Mom-hours (start mornings after bus, done by 2 or 3) definitely possible. Must be able to work at least 1 day per weekend.

Position requires: A great attitude and willingness to learn, knowledge of local and sustainable food practices, ability to stand for 5+ hours, ability to lift 25-30 lbs with ease, attention to detail, and flexibility. Serve Safe Certification will be required, but can be obtained after hire. $20/hr plus 25% discount storewide. Seasonal bonuses and healthcare for the right person.

We are ideally looking for a long-term team member who can work April/May through season end in Mid-January, on an ongoing basis. THANK YOU!
