We focus on using the resources of Quinstock Farms to create beers that utilize the flavors of Catawba Island. From Peaches, Apricots, and honey, to wild yeasts harvested from our Farm, we are Ohio's premiere Farm-to-Fermenter brewery. Punka is in the tank. Our pumpkin ale went in last week, and it has about six weeks of work ahead of it before anybody gets a glass. Punka is a Taproom Exclusive, so the taproom is the only place to drink it, and it comes back once a year. First pour is at the Autumn at the Oast kickoff party, Saturday, September 26.
