Here is your week at the Oast 🍂

Tuesday: Music Bingo.
Wednesday: Igloo booking opens for Founders members.
Friday: Fright Nights goes Paranormal. A friendly little ghost at 5pm, the paranormal exterminators once it gets dark, Rob Samay 6pm to 9pm, Boos & Brews 5pm to 7pm, and a flannel still gets your first pint for a dollar.
Saturday: Hay rides noon to 6pm with bingo boards and a prize if you fill one, Harvest Trail open all day, Michelle Romary Trio 6pm to 9pm, and Ohio State at Indiana game at 12.
Sunday: Sunday Sip & Shop takes the front lawn noon to 4pm with local vendors, and it is the last one of the year.

This is the last weekend to pick a pumpkin out of our own field. Friday from 5pm, all day Saturday, Sunday until 4pm. After that the field is done until next autumn 🎃

The Great Punka Race is on 🏁

Here is how it works. You pick a pumpkin from our field and take it home with a derby kit, $30 for the pair. Paint it, bolt the wheels on, and bring it back Sunday October 25. Cars roll at noon and we run heats of four until one pumpkin is left.

The kit has everything you need: two axles, four wheels, and all the nuts and washers to hold it together. Painted and decorated, never carved. Gravity only, so no motors and no added weight. The full rules come with your kit.

Gift cards for the final four and a trophy for the winner, which comes back to us next year to pass on. There is also on-site voting for Fan Favorite and Best Dressed. All ages race in the same field.

Sign-ups and payment happen at the Spooky Snack Shack, and the field is 30 cars. Race-day check-in is 11:15 to 11:30 by the Shack, and every car gets looked over before it runs.

Pumpkins are out in the field until 4pm today, and again October 16, 17 and 18 🎃

Our pumpkins are ready, and by ready we mean they have been sitting out in our field all summer waiting for you 🎃

You-pick is open for two weekends. Walk out, argue with your family about which one is rounder, carry it back. We grew every one of them right here.
