This is an activity for all ages! We’ll start with a brief introduction to our llamas including their daily care, farm life, and safety precautions. You can learn how to approach a llama, lead a llama, and read their body language to understand what they are feeling (no – they won’t spit at you - unless you provoke or threaten them). We will give you llama treats to feed them and can have them eating right out of your hand. We'll wrap up our visit with a Q&A session and time for pictures

Llamas are gentle, inquisitive animals that will make a walk in the woods into something wonderful and unforgettable. Join us as we explore the trails at one of our local state parks. Walking at a comfortable pace of around 2 miles an hour makes for a perfect family stroll with your new furry friend. What better way to get out and enjoy nature than by leading a gentle llama along the wooded trails. A perfect way to de-stress! Now taking reservations starting Spring 2021.
