Interested in stocking your freezer for winter? We have 8 animals that we are currently fishing out to go to butcher starting in later July. These animals are grass fed and grain finished. They are currently on a ration of cracked corn, cracked peas, barley pellets and range cubes, along with a mix of Alfalfa and grass hay. We pale feed them every day so they know us well and we know them, so there is little to no stress involved with them. In fact we usually end up having to push on them just to get them to move so we can dump their feed. They are drug free with no added hormones. They are as clean and healthy as they come.

We sell them as 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef. They will be processed at Rhino Meats in Esmond ND.

For more info, prices or to put a deposit on a share please DM us or call/ text Brenton at 701-650-6340.

What a Glorious day to be born! 50โฐ on February 13th, we will absolutely take it. Sure winters coming back next week, but for now we'll enjoy spring ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Fun fact, the first the first picture was taken at 10:11 am this morning, second picture at 10:14, and the last picture was taken at 10:25 am. How amazing is that! It's very important that baby calves have good vigor in our cold climate, in order for them to get a good start at life. It's always mind blowing as to how fast these little guys are able to get up and going so fast. Praise God today didn't test this little guys vigor, and he got the best possible start to life!

To top it off, this is a first time momma!

If your able, get out and soak up some sunshine these next few days, and throw a steak n the grill. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

It's an absolute blessing to beable see our animals go full circle, from birth to harvest. Until the day they go to harvest, they reside within 3/4 of a mile of our yard. Today we picked up our own share of one of the animals that we raised right here. This beef will provide very high quality protein to our family for the next year.

If you would be interested in a beef share to fill your own freezer, please reach out as we will have several animals going to harvest starting mid summer.

Well, thanks to our bull who was so excited to do his job that he jumped and wrecked corral fences and pushed his way through sliding doors, our calving season has started a month early. Though this creates extra challenges with the cold month of January, we will be grateful for how big they are a year from now.

Bundle up, folks. There are some very cold days coming soon.

Having new babies on the farm is always one of Godโ€™s greatest blessings, even if those blessings come when it's bitterly cold.

We hope you all have a blessed day.
