It's the time of year when the frogs sing their loud chorus of love after dark. This is the first one I've seen this late winter, basking in today's sunshine amongst the Dusty Miller.

We will be open tomorrow, Sunday 10/26, from 10 am to 5 pm. It's our last day for the season, so stop by and grab some pumpkins, local Honey, apples and winter squash. All Carving Pumpkins, regardless of size, are on sale @ $.59/lb.

Bring your Puget Island Passport, or get one here and get entered for a chance to win prizes in our passport drawing next Wednesday. And, we'll be running the barrel train between rain squalls. Hope to see you!

Little Island Farm Pumpkin Patch and Farm Stand will be CLOSED on Saturday, 10/25, this weekend.

The pic below from my reliable weather app shows that "atmospheric river" is going to dump loads of rain on us, during our normally open time. We've still got pumpkins, and we're hoping the weather will improve enough for us to be open on Sunday. Look for an update from us about that tomorrow evening.

We're open, braving the rain today, in case you want to brave it too and come by for pumpkins during the short windows of no rain today. We're open from 10 am to 5 pm. Because of the rain, we will not be running the train today.

We can advertise "no mud" on the way out to or in our patch. We planted our pumpkins through landscape fabric. that covers the soil. Wear boots because the grass is wet on the walkout to the patch.

In the farm stand, we have local Honey from the Elochoman Valley brought to you by the Evans family. And complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider on the chilly day. 😋

We picked up the barrel cars from the Wahkiakum Historical Society Museum for the pumpkin patch train rides. Conductor has the train cleaned up and ready to roll!

We had a new conductor wannabe, Jasper try out for the job, but he couldn't reach the steering wheel or gas pedal, and he was way too serious. We're sticking with our fun and happy Conductor Dan! See you this weekend when the train runs 10 am to 5 pm.
