Before culinary school, I thought lemon curd was one of those fancy recipes that only professional bakers could make. Then I learned how to make it at Escoffier Culinary Arts School, and I was amazed by how simple it actually is!
This homemade lemon curd is silky smooth, perfectly sweet and tangy, and absolutely bursting with fresh lemon flavor. I love spreading it on scones, spooning it over yogurt, layering it in cakes, or honestly... sneaking a spoonful straight from the jar. π
