In today’s beef industry, every segment is required to do more with less. Given the industry-wide increase in finished weights at harvest and the need to achieve higher efficiencies, Charolais genetics represent a superior choice for beef producers and industry stakeholders seeking to maximize carcass value. The University of Arizona did a study on the power of yield. The analysis demonstrates that Charolais cattle consistently outperform Angus in both boxed beef and retail cutout values, offering significant financial advantages at every stage of the beef supply chain.

Don't take my word for it; check out the study.
