All of our ingredients are the best available: the Italian 00 grind flour is proven to provide performance and flavor. We make our own sauce using real San Marzano tomatoes from around the world and our toppings are grown locally whenever possible! Pizza is our passion. Hi, I’m Megan — the owner and founder behind BricknFire. 👋🔥

I started BricknFire over 12 years ago with a love for great food, entertaining, and bringing people together.

What started with wood-fired pizza has grown into something much bigger: a full catering experience that I’m incredibly proud to put my name behind.

One of the things I personally bring to BricknFire is a love for the details. I care about how your event looks, how the food is presented, how your guests are treated, how everything flows and ultimately, how you feel when it’s all over.

Because while we may serve pizza, we don’t believe your catering experience should ever feel ordinary.

We’ve worked hard to create something that can be just as comfortable at an elegant wedding as it is at a backyard birthday party, corporate celebration, rehearsal dinner or casual gathering with your favorite people.

Our wood-fired ovens bring the experience.
Our food brings people together.
Our presentation makes it special.
