❤️ MEET THE OWNERS | The Family Behind Noble Choice Catering

What started with a love of cooking, entertaining, and bringing people together officially became Noble Choice Catering in 2023 — but the story began long before that.

This husband-and-wife team brings two very different talents to the table! Eric is the cook and pit master, with a passion for perfecting his recipes (especially that famous pit beef! 🔥), while his wife, Andrea, brings more than 20 years of experience as a pediatric emergency nurse. This means caring for people, staying organized, handling a little chaos, and making sure every detail is covered comes naturally. ❤️

Together, they’ve built Noble Choice around something simple: great food, personal service, and genuinely caring about the people they serve.

From backyard celebrations and corporate events to weddings, family milestones, and everything in between, their favorite part is getting to play a small role in some of life’s biggest moments. And many of the customers they’ve met along the way have become repeat clients, friends, and part of the Noble Choice family.

As a local, family-owned Maryland business, they’re incredibly grateful for every booking, referral, review, recommendation, and Facebook share that has helped turn their dream into what Noble Choice is today.
