Mom and I were up late 🌖 restocking The Barn with lots of great new stuff! We cleared out a lot of things to make room and marked them down to $1!👀

We met the coolest new friends at the farm stand Saturday. Cliff and Nancy Maxwell are farmers right in the heart of Catoosa! ❤️ They have big plans for their cool farm and I can’t wait to see it. 🩷👀

As many of you know, our okra crop has been devastated this year by deer, 🦌 and for the first time in 16 years we don’t have any okra. I thought I wouldn’t have any fresh okra to eat or can this year. 😩 Until I met the Maxwells and we were able to do some trading for this beautiful 30 lbs of fresh, pesticide-free okra! 😀🥰

I canned pickled okra all afternoon with a big smile on my face (seriously, 😁) and got ‘er done. Super happy to announce we’ll have Pickled Okra and Spicy Pickled Okra at the farm stand on Saturday. 🫙🥒🫙🥒🌶️

I know many of you want fresh okra and I promise I’m also hoping that will happen.🤞I will make a post if we have fresh okra available. 💚

🏆🍉 👏 We bow to the champ, 👑Holden Boyden, as he crushed the competition this Saturday at our Watermelon Eating Contest! Congratulations buddy! It was so much fun. Thanks to all the competitors and people that showed up to help us celebrate our first Watermelon Eating Contest! We’re definitely going to make this an annual tradition at the farm stand! 🍉🍉🍉🍉

We are all about the watermelon this week. Gearing up for the watermelon eating contest this Saturday! 🍉🍉🍉

Nick and I got another load this morning and they’re beautiful. 😍Thanks Nicky for rolling with me. 🍉

The girls and I enjoyed our watermelon cocktails and watermelon cucumber lime basil salad at the creek yesterday. Highly recommend! Such a refreshing drink and snack on a hot day. Thanks to my girls for a fun day at the creek! ☀️🍉🍸🍉🥒🍃🍋‍🟩

‼️WATERMELON EATING CONTEST‼️ 🍉🍉🍉🍉

This Saturday, August 22, 10am at KraffTree farm stand. 😮😁

I’ve been practicing my whole life for this day! 🤣🍉. Who thinks they can take me? One slice each, eaten down to the white, who finishes first?! The judges will award a big fat watermelon to the winner!!

You know you’re going to want to see this!!!! Everyone’s welcome to compete. Please arrive by 9:45 to get your place at the table. 🍉🐷🍽️
