Let me tell you about Cane Creek Jerky 🥩

In 2021, Kentucky native and longtime chef de cuisine at one of Lexington's favorite fine dining restaurants decided to turn his culinary passions into a project of his own. Dillon’s love of jerky started with a taste for venison jerky growing up, and an appreciation for respecting and utilizing every part of an animal (sound familiar 😚?)

We were introduced to Cane Creek Jerky at a Kentucky Proud event and immediately knew we needed to bring them to Mammoth Valley. Flavors range from smoked garlic turkey jerky to spicy beef, and we love them all (but the honey and toasted sesame is my favorite). Come see us this weekend and grab a bag - perfect snack for whatever your week has in store.

Times right now are absolutely insane. I could rant for hours, but for now, just know - we’ve got you. We will continue to be here to provide you with our local beef and other local farm products with your support. It’s an honor to have your trust to make us apart of meal time for your family and friends. ✌️ Now, go read a book. Call someone you love. Eat a delicious burger, preferably one of ours.
