I was ask if I could make bake cauliflower crispy. So here is my version of a healthier, crispy cauliflower recipe. I used flour, egg wash and wheat panko breadcrumbs. Spray with oil, Bake for 10 mins and turned bake another 10 mins. If you want to make them buffalo flavor just dip on sauce. There you go... Enjoy!!!

Taco Tuesday vegan edition. Not sure why people think cooking healthy and every day is hard. Here is a vegan version of tostada's. I used a can of refried beans and baked fresh corn tortillas with some Lawry chili season. You can have 3 of these and pile on the veggies. Under 500 calories. Enjoy

My mom use to take ground beef and shape it oblong steak so it would look like a steak lol and called it Salisbury steak because we could afford real steak for 5. Here is my version of it made with Turkey smothered with onion, peppers and gravy. Also made homemade porter house rolls.
