Cave Creek, put October 24 on your calendar. I’m bringing Cow Punk to The Meadery Market with my taco seasonings, finishing sauces, merch, and maybe a couple of surprises. If you’ve been curious about the weekly meals or catering, come find me. We can talk about what’s for dinner while you’re out enjoying your Saturday.

Thursday, the charring and braising starts for this weekend’s Chuck Wagon meals.

THIS WEEK ON THE CHUCK WAGON

DESERT CITRUS CARNITAS • $69
Pork braised in citrus soda and sweet tea, then crisped hard till the edges shatter.

NEW MEXICO POT ROAST • $79
Chuck roast falling apart in red chile gravy built from dried chilies.

SMOKY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN • $69
Thighs dry-rubbed in smoked jalapeño, then griddled hard so the edges char.

SIGNATURE MAC • $54
Straight-up creamy mac. Make it dinner on its own or build it up with your choice of protein.

Each taco kit makes 12 good-sized tacos. Four grown adults, three tacos apiece. Feed the family Friday night, or grab three friends and claim the couch for Saturday football.

The mac feeds four, too.

Pick your add-ons and a finishing sauce at checkout.

Orders close Wednesday at 6pm.

**Cow Punk Desert Kitchen is catering.**

Office lunches are easy. I bring it hot, set everything out ready to serve, and get out of your way. **Delivery and setup are included.** Disposable pans, plates and utensils too, so there’s nothing to return.

Taco setups start at **$15 per person** with two proteins, rice, beans, all the fixings, house salsas and Cow Punk finishing sauces.

Vegetarian option available, along with corn tortillas for anyone avoiding wheat.

**10-person minimum. 48 hours notice.**

Add drunken chipotle queso with house chorizo, three-cheese mac, Desert Chopped Salad, enchiladas by the pan, or roasted banana caramel pudding.

I also do parties and events with full serving setups and menus built around what you’re doing.

Everything is made from scratch right here in Cave Creek.

The enchiladas pictured are the New Mexico Pot Roast: braised chuck, potato, red chile and buttermilk to***co onions.

Every kit comes with one of these. Five of them, and you pick.

Charred Verde — roasted green chile, bright and herbal. Low heat.
Honey Chipotle — smoky and sweet with a juniper note. Low heat.
Sungold Mango — sweet, tart, habanero on the back end. Medium-high.
Desert Adobo — red chile, deep and savory, more umami than heat. Medium.
Desert Adobo Fire — same sauce with the brakes off. Hot.

All five made here in Cave Creek. Five ounces, shake before you use it.
