🐷 ’TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE THE Pigout…
’Twas the night before Pigout, and all through the park,
The smokers were ready to fire after dark.
The briskets were trimmed and the ribs seasoned right,
While the pitmasters prepared for a long, smoky night!
The Boston butts waited, all ready to go,
As the teams dreamed of trophies all lined in a row.
Fifteen BBQ teams, each ready to prove
They’ve got the best flavor—and all the right moves!
The classic cars soon will be polished with care,
Knowing that morning will quickly be there.
The vendors are packed with their crafts and their treats,
And Cave Spring is ready to welcome the streets!
People’s Choice voters will soon have their say—
Who’ll take home the trophy at the end of the day?
Will it be brisket, ribs, or pulled pork divine?
Tomorrow we’ll find out whose BBQ will shine!
So come hungry, come early, and bring all your crew,
There’ll be cars, crafts, concessions, and great BBQ too!
The planning is finished, and now it’s in sight…
Happy Pigout to all, and to all a good night!
