We still have some chickens for sale! If you or anyone you know is interested in pasture raised, farm fresh chickens please contact us. They are $4.50/pound and we have a variety of whole, halves or quartered available. This little girl worked hard raising these chickens and is ready to sell some! 🐓

Our garden sure has blessed us this year! So far 4 loaves of zuchinni bread, 10 bags of shredded zucchini, too many cucumbers, green peppers, yellow squash and green beans to count! So truly thankful for what my grandpa Walk has taught me. Being in the garden makes me miss him so much but every time I’m in there I can feel him there with us. Hoping to pass this gardening love on to my babies. It’s amazing what a garden can provide for you and teach you. 🥬🫑🍅🌽🥒

On a side note our Copsey Farms chickens are going to be ready this Thursday! So if you already ordered chickens we will be contacting you for pick up soon. And if you haven’t had a chance to order now’s your chance! We sold out quickly last year and we still have some up for grabs! Let us know soon if you’re interested! 🐓

Our new brooder shed is set up and full with 105 chicks (aren’t they cute?). The chicks will stay in here for 3 weeks before making their journey outside.

This weekend we ordered our first batch of 100 Cornish cross meat birds for the year. We are excited as this is the biggest batch we have done at one time. They will be here on Wednesday, June 9th. They should be ready for pickup around the end of July. We are hoping to keep them around $4/lb for whole birds but price is subject to change if the price of feed goes up (it has not at this point). If you are interested in purchasing some please let us know. 🐔 🍗

Who doesn’t love a good air fryer recipe?! Tonight we cooked a full (quartered) Copsey Farms chicken in our brand new air fryer. Season the chicken with 2TBSP of olive oil, 1TSP each of pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and paprika. Place in the air fryer at 350 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes, check and flip the chicken and cook for another 15 to 30 minutes or until fully cooked. It turned turned out great and it is a new family favorite!

If Copsey Farms became a feed dealer of a verified non-gmo feed, would anybody be interested in purchasing feed from us? We could get feed for all types of animals. Dogs, chickens (layers and meat birds), ducks, goats, sheep, horses, etc.

The goats were feeling feisty tonight! 🐐 Our dog loves it when she can chase them. She is running around the outside of the fence getting them all riled up. We don’t think the goats like her much...😂😂
