Great job planting Ryan! Ryan had to learn how to plant corn this year due to Jeff’s accident back in January. This was his first day in the planter. His lovely wife, Olivia, took the pictures. Tomorrow I hope to get a picture of our rock pickers. Without them we would be lost.

Enjoy cheese this Christmas and year around. It does a brain good!

People who regularly ate higher-fat cheese and cream had a lower risk of developing dementia over 25 years, according to a new study.

The study did not find similar benefits for low-fat cheese, low-fat cream or butter. Milk consumption, whether high- or low-fat, also did not lower dementia risk.
