Our first outing of the season with the girls powered by Specific View left us even more excited for what’s ahead, complete with 3 top-3 finishes and a Reserve Junior Champion handshake for the first Milking Shorthorn we’ve had born and raised on the farm.

For us, the trio we’re sending to the Wisconsin Ayrshire Spring Sale represents 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Lot 11: 𝐃𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐘 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃

4th calf 5-year-old, fresh in January and currently milking 90 lbs. Backed by 11 generations of EX + multiple WDE winners, we believe she’s knocking on the door of being the 12th. Just haven’t had the timing line up to get her back in front of a classifier. A cow that you can take home and milk or IVF, and she’ll fit your program.

Mark her 𝗛𝗠 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻! 🇺🇸

If you're in the show cattle business, you know that some animals have 'it' from the very beginning and others need a little time.

In the months after we bought Rexi, we’d sit outside and just watch her eat, going back and forth on what we liked about her and what we’d change. More often than not, our conversations ended the same way:

“𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲,” we'd tell each other.

Turns out, that’s just what she needed to bag her first All-American! We're looking forward to seeing what another year and another calf will bring for Rexi. She's due back in June!

A cow that owes us nothing, yet 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

As a mid-October born heifer, Rectify continues exceeding expectations. She's a 2x World Dairy Expo class winner, rang in 2026 as the Unanimous All-American Fall Yearling in Milk and, after a visit from the classifier earlier this month, earned her MAX score.
