Site continues to develop! After many months of surcharge, the mountain of dirt is finally being peeled back to prepare for future construction! Thanks to the team at Highland Stone for their continued efforts at the monumental task!

Earthworks have officially started back as of today!

We kindly remind everyone that unauthorized access to the site is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. As we continue to ramp up our operations, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the site secure and safe for our team.

With the soil settling nicely and the weather warming up, site work will start back shortly!

Over the past year, a monumental achievement has been obtained. We have moved over 1.6 million cubic yards of material, punched thousands of wick drains, and piled a mountain of surcharge onto the future building area. Now it is time for mother nature to take its turn and let the earth settle into place over the next few months.

While this surcharge is working and the wet winter months set in, we will be slowing earthwork on site. We will pick back up onsite activity once the desired settlement is achieved. Exciting stuff, as we watch in anticipation weekly, the results of this year’s hard work.
