It’s the Week We’ve Been Growing For
This Week’s Special Farm Stand Hours 🌾✨

The marathon of Thanksgiving cooking starts today for many of you… but for us, it started back in January. We planted, planned, and tended every crop so this week would taste exactly the way it should.

If you want to cheer us on as we keep running this marathon—late nights, early mornings, brining turkeys, mashing potatoes, filling pies—come by The Farm Stand. We’ll be here cooking, stocking, and doing what we love. 🥕🥧🦃
And yes… Christmas trees are officially here
Fresh-cut, right out front. Bring your truck—or borrow your neighbor’s. 🌲

Farm Stand Hours This Week
🕙 Monday: 10–5
🕙 Tuesday: 10–8
🕙 Wednesday: 10–8
🕙 Thursday: Closed — Thankful for y’all
🕙 Friday: Closed — Still thankful for y’all
🕚 Saturday: 11–4

What You’ll Find
Sides, pies, rolls, sourdough, soups, stuffing, pumpkin rolls, cranberry sauce, gravy, apple cider—and maybe even a turkey from the cutest old farmer in Utah, Dale Batty.
Items roll out as soon as we finish cooking them, so each day has something new.

And of course… the vegetables.
Always fresh. Always stocked. Always grown in Utah soil with a whole lot of love. The ingredient that never lets you down.

You might not see us much this week—we’ll be elbow-deep in Thanksgiving prep. But every time we step out to restock something hot from the oven or fresh from the field, we feel your support.
We are deeply thankful to grow and prepare food for you. 🙏

It’s Shop Farmer Saturday THIS SATURDAY, and wherever you are or whatever you’re doing, make time to find your local farmer. 🧑‍🌾✨ For many growers, this might be the last market of the season—unless they farm through the winter like we do. And with Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s the perfect chance to plan your holiday meals around fresh, local produce. 🍂🥕🦃

We’ll be at the Market in St. George for Shop Farmer Saturday with sweet, abundant vegetables pulled straight from the fields.
The cabbage tastes like candy right now. 😋 Beautiful beets and carrots will be front and center, along with the last of our outdoor-grown greens, freshly dug sunchokes, crisp kohlrabi, and new-to-the-market cauliflower. 🥬🥕🌱

Tag your local farmers below. Who will you be shopping with this Saturday? 🌾🛒

🎃 Happy All Hallows’ Eve! 🍂
The Farm Stand and Farm are open today from 9 AM – 7 PM! We still have some beautiful pumpkins and a few small jack-o’-lanterns left — perfect for some last-minute carving fun. 🧡
We’ve loved hosting our Folktale Walk in years past, but we’re taking a break this year. We hope your Halloween is filled with cozy moments — carving pumpkins, sipping cider, and enjoying time with family. ✨🍎🎃

🕯️ P.S. We’ve heard this event is listed on other websites, but please note — it’s not on our official calendar for this year.

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the Last Breakfast on The Farm. To those who had faith that the weather would hold—you were right! Just 30 minutes before the event, the clouds parted and the sun shone on The Farm. The warmth of the sun mixed with the chill of the air made it the perfect fall morning. The whole event stayed beautiful—not a drop fell from the sky.

It is bittersweet now that the summer event season is officially over. Those early Saturday mornings and late Saturday nights will be filled with something different. Above all, we will miss our summer crew—the people who stayed to help with preparation, setting up, and taking down. We wish them luck as they continue with school and other obligations. There is nothing better than a crew that connects to accomplish a goal. It’s the reason we can have the events. Thank you.

Even with the end of summer events, The Farm is far from slowing down. We are transitioning our growing into high tunnels for winter, keeping our pumpkin patch open through October, keeping the Farm Stand fully stocked with our abundant fall harvest, hosting Pumpkins and Donuts on October 11th, preparing for Thanksgiving (the menu is open now), and participating at conferences, in the community, and at private dinners.

The Farm welcomes visitors year-round!
