Announcing New Product! Fire C***r Tonic!
For sore throats, fighting off colds, supporting a healthy digestive system and more.
Contains dehydrated garlic, horse radish and haberno red pepper grown organically here on our acreage. With the addition of organic ginger.

Recipe is:
Mix 1/2 tsp. of fire c***r tonic, 2-3 TBS. of local Iowa honey in a mug of warm water. Option to add a splash of apple c***r vinegar or lemon juice.

Can you take a little heat? ♨️

When weeding, I like to leave certain "weeds" in the ground with the vegetable plants. For example, in the onion patch, I left Illinois bundleflower which is a legume type and a "sensitive plant" that will fold its leaves when touched and purslane which is a powerhouse super food with the highest amount of omega 3 in the succulent like leaves.

One of 2 plots of the watermelons from seed! Mostly seeded crimson sweets. They are doing really with all the sun. There will be a carpet of green in no time!
