We’ve created a new product made with organic soybeans from Iowa, koji, a variety of spices, ginger, and garlic—all carefully fermented and aged!
We’ll be bringing it to the Cedar Falls Market this week♪ Limited quantities available!

Delicious and cute strawberry shortbread 🩷🍓
This time, I tried making them with sweet Iowa miso made from soybeans and pumpkin!
It takes a bit of effort, but the tartness of the strawberries, the rich flavor of the miso, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the rice flour made them absolutely delicious 😉
