I'm bringing kabocha squash to Carrboro Farmers Market 🍅 Est. 1979 this Saturday. These will need to be cooked soon as they have multiple flaws/bad spots. But it's a good time with the cooler temps. Just cut in half & roast in the oven until soft, scoop out the flesh & freeze for later this winter.
