This isn't the happy miracle post I had prayed for, unfortunately this poor boy lost his best animal friend today. We, our great friends, and our vet worked and worked but her body was exhausted. Rest easy Suzie moo, you were very loved, especially by your boy. If ya'll would keep him in your thoughts, he lost one of his best human friends in Sept and has struggled with that, his favorite girl today, and today was the funeral for someone very close to us all also. That's a lot for a 16yr old kid.

We really thought our Suzie girl was going to be a memory. This was at the vets office 2 days ago. She was really scaring us and the vets. I am grateful to God that she is still here and getting stronger although she is still down. We are awaiting lab results, but they think tick borne illness is actually to blame and her hurt leg is just an inconvenience that happened at the same time. Please continue to pray for full healing for our sweet girl.
