There's something almost meditative about watching a pizza go from dough to leopard-spotted perfection in under 90 seconds. The sausage crisps up, the jalapeños blister, and then — the cheese pull. Every time.

Trust the Process 🌮

Taco Al Pastor—the kind of dedication that demands respect. It all starts with the marinade: guajillo chiles, achiote, pineapple, and spices that do best when grilled over a low heat. Days of prep work, careful layering of pork and fresh pineapple chunks stacked on that vertical spit, patience building with every step.

Then comes the cook. Low and slow, watching the edges char while that fat renders down. The pineapple caramelizes on the spit—golden, blistered, almost charred. This fun and festive bark can be make in minutes. Grab your toppings (candies, sprinkles, pretzels...baker's choice) and melt a variety of large chocolate bars at 170° for 10 to 15 minutes. Use a chopstick or butter knife to swirl the chocolate. While warm, layer on your toppings then refrigerate until set. Break and bag for grab and go gifts for your guests.
