Stopped by Highway 42 Package Store in Locust Grove, GA tonight to get my wife some Malibu Black. One of the store employees saw me browsing the whiskey for about 10 minutes. He asked if I liked bourbon. Of course! So he pointed me to a display of this for 99 🦌! I have never seen this in the wild unless it was in a museum. Market price on BAXUS(BoozeApp) was twice that, so I pulled the trigger!🥃

Redemption Bourbon was one of the first whiskies I tried when I was first getting into it. I don’t really remember what I thought of it, but I never went back to it. Now they are rebranding…new bottle design and 2 more proof points. It’s actually quite nice for 20🦴s! All the traditional flavors are there. And the beautiful bottle almost makes me think the whiskey inside it is free!😂🥃😂
