Cinco de Mayo

In the Battle of Puebla that occurred on the 5th of May 1862, not only was General Zaragoza born in Texas but also 500 Tejanos fought with the others that stood up to the French that day. Many celebrate their victory across Texas, California, and in Puebla Mexico where the course of history changed with much courage.

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone. Wanted to take a moment to forward this post from Manna House within our community. They help so many people everyday.

As we celebrate the Battle of Puebla and the victory of people who stood strong, it's a good time to think of those who stand strong in our communities to help feed and clothe those around us that need it. Thank you man a house for helping our community. Everyone enjoy the day and be safe!
