Now this is some perfect caramel. Go Lafrance nosh and nibs. Making some pumpkin brownies. Did you know we cook our pumpkin with the spices in our brownies with sugar and butter to almost softball stage. This means that the pumpkin is completely candied. It is still gooey because it is slightly below but this means the flavors are released in the spices and is very very yummy. Like our turtles the pumpkin brownies have a caramel center. The only difference is we don't put pecans in the center of the pumpkin brownies. They are only sprinkled on top.
