Last night’s wine class took us to Argentina guided by Ross White representing Orsini Wine but what we discovered reached far beyond what was in the glass.
We explored varietals, regions, climate, soil, and the stories that shape each bottle and each sip. Wine has a beautiful way of reminding us that every flavor comes from somewhere… a place, a process, a season, a history.
But what makes these evenings truly unforgettable isn’t only the education.
It’s the energy.
The conversations that start between strangers and continue like old friends. The shared curiosity. The laughter. The moments where confidence grows, palates expand, and people realize wine doesn’t have to be intimidating it’s meant to be experienced, enjoyed, and shared.
There’s something poetic about watching these classes unfold. Like wine itself, every gathering evolves… opens… softens… blossoms.
