Due to some unexpected kitchen issues early this morning, im running a limited menu today and running on fumes haha!

I had the chance to create a special One Piece cake for Amy ! a soft, fluffy spong with a brown sugar faux whipped cream filling.
I am stoked that we were able to plan and keep it a surpirse for her husband! We were geeking together when i pulled the box out of my bag at drop off 💛

🔥🌋 May the 4th meet Cinco de Mayo 🌮✨

A customer asked for a mashup celebration, so I brought Mustafar to the panadería 🔥

These are my Mustafarian co**has: soft, brioche like buns dyed red with a black cocoa crust to mimic that cracked, dried lava look inspired by Mustafar from Star Wars. The traditional co**ha scoring really makes that molten texture come to life!
