To Our Valued Customers,

After much thought and consideration, I have decided that it is time for me to step away from The Cooler. My final day as owner will be June 30, and while this chapter is coming to an end for me, I am pleased to share that the store will continue under new ownership.

The new owners have exciting plans to refresh and remodel the store before reopening. I am confident they will bring new energy and ideas while continuing to serve this wonderful community.

Since opening The Cooler, the greatest joy has never been the products on the shelves—it has been the people who walked through the door. I have loved the friendships I have made and truly enjoyed getting to know my customers over the years. Many of you started as customers and became friends, and for that I will always be grateful.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the employees who have worked alongside me throughout the years. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our customers helped make The Cooler what it is today. I have been fortunate to work with such wonderful people, and I appreciate everything you have done.

As I begin this next chapter, I look forward to spending more time with my family and enjoying opportunities that I have put on hold while running the store. While I am excited for what lies ahead, saying goodbye is not easy.

I want to thank each and every one of you—customers, employees, friends, and supporters—for your loyalty, kindness, and encouragement throughout the years. Your patronage and friendship have meant more to me than words can express, and I will always cherish the memories we’ve shared.

Please stop by before June 30 to say hello, share a story, or simply let me thank you in person. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this community.
