Thanks to Maria's Sauce Co for sharing her knowledge of all things spicy 🌶️ and a few peppers… there are peppers dehydrating. Soon to go into castor oil.
The result?!?

A gentle spicy lip gloss.

Not a dare. Not a five-alarm fire. Just a warm little tingle that wakes the lips up and gives them a soft plump — the kind of heat that flirts first.

I am infusing the dried peppers into castor oil so the capsaicin stays mild and even. Then it gets blended with our sheep’s milk for cushion and saffron for that golden-red glow.

Farm-made. Small-batch. Kind to lips that already work hard.

🙌🏽 Curly Hair is Complicated

I had perfectly straight hair until I was five. Then, after that, PUFF! I had curly hair.

And I hated it.

It has taken me 30 years to learn to love my hair.
To enjoy its frizzy days. It’s bad days. It’s great days. Even on the days I have to wear a hat because it looks that bad. (Or the time it ends up completely shaven 😬 did that too).

I thrive on easy care routines. My hair does not.

In comes the true hero…sheep’s milk! I have switched to the sheep’s milk leave in or rinse out conditioner and co-wash with it and a store bought shampoo when needed. It’s made all the difference!
