Hilbert's Honey Rennies Farm Stand

Hot Honey Cherry Chicken is packed with Northern Michigan flavor and comes together in minutes.

Hot Honey Cherry Chicken
• 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
• 1 cup fresh cherries, halved and pitted
• 2–3 tbsp Hilbert’s Hot Honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh thyme (optional)

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until cooked through. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the cherries and drizzle generously with Hilbert’s Hot Honey. Let the honey caramelize slightly, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.

Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh summer salad.
